Founded in 2025, HRVN was born from a simple but profound realization: you can buy a house, but you cannot buy belonging. Conceived in Mallorca as a discreet members’ club for families and individuals arriving in new places, HRVN set out to create more than a network — it creates a sanctuary of genuine connection, trust, and culture.

Today, HRVN thrives as a collection of curated encounters, events, and private circles, each one offering a unique expression of what it means to belong:

HRVN Puerto Portals – The founding club on the island of Mallorca, a haven where elegance and community meet the Mediterranean.

The story of HRVN began not in a boardroom, but in the lived experiences of global families. For years, Olaf Larsen, a real estate advisor and founder of Larsen Family Office, guided clients through the purchase of homes across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. The properties were magnificent, yet the same question always lingered: once the keys were handed over, where do you truly belong?

It was this gap — between possession and connection — that inspired HRVN. With no investors or grand branding, but with a clear belief in genuine human closeness, Olaf began bringing people together across cities, islands, and continents. Conversations led to introductions, introductions to friendships, and friendships to communities.

In 2025, this quiet practice became HRVN, a club designed to give new arrivals a sense of belonging that no address alone could offer. More than a place, it is an anchor — a way of turning foreignness into familiarity, and transactions into lifelong bonds.
